I don’t see what the device is for. You can’t really hit balls using it. Seems a bit useless.
Love practicing with the hangar. My swing has been too flat- it corrects it.
The box I received only included a small black plastic piece with an obviously missing larger piece. I wrote you guys about this and have not received a response. I also put in a claim with PayPay and there has been no response. A totally rip off.
I thought it would help me keep from pointing my club to the right at the top of my back swing but it didn’t. I would like to return it. What do I need to do to send it back?
I am disappointed with the tiltstick. It doesn't stay as connected using the strap as I had hoped, thus it's not much different than using a regular alignment rod.
Good for tracking trail shoulder path. Not sure how to use the straps though.

mpressed with the device and the company. Listen to the company and start slow (small motion) before progressing to a full swing. Been using the device for a week plus with multiple clubs easy on and off to support your practice. With your purchase there are lots of how to videos from the company and complimentary device use feedback from a golf pro is yours for the taking with a purchase. Company quickly responded to an email question I delivered. I am impressed and if you want to improve your game it needs proper practice and this device is a great tool!

I’ve emailed their info email alias 5x requesting a return (as stated in their terms and conditions) and Watson has ignored all of my emails, yet keeps sending me marketing emails asking for feedback on the item.
I really like the product, but I was disappointed by the lack of detailed information provided with it. After scanning the QR code, I found that the instructional videos were helpful, but I would have greatly appreciated a printed or digital handout with firm details and clear step-by-step instructions.
While I understand the convenience of video, it feels unfair to assume every customer prefers that format. At times it comes across as prioritizing clicks over delivering comprehensive guidance to the consumer. Having both — a concise handout along with video — would elevate the customer experience and ensure everyone feels supported.

I was an early purchaser of the Hanger and have used it for years. I was encouraged by the Tiltstick and bought it, but found it wasn't for me. I voiced my concern to Watson golf and they gave me a full refund. I appreciate their understanding and their great service.
Really like this swing aid! It folds up and packs nicely in my bag. Really helps with rotation and arm structure. Very solidly made!
Great tool to hone in the basic golf movements for your take away and follow through
Upon opening of the box I realized I probably over paid for what I was getting. The components are of decent quality but there just isn’t much to the product. The pad that goes under your arm attaches to your arm with a velcro strap that is too long and I couldn’t tighten it sufficiently to my upper arm so basically it’s like holding a head cover under your arm that has an alignment stick attached to it.
It would be nice to have more detail instructions
Pretty simple concept, just makes it a lot easier than using an alignment stick. Would have liked to have had more video instruction available like other Watson Golf Aids

Nice quality towel and the hanger is a solid training tool. Other two not a big fan.

Was expecting a much better product. I tried it twice and it’s not a quality training aid. A normal coat hanger against the lead arm, works much better.
